Project Overview

Two Brothers Organic Farms is a leading organic food brand started from India & selling in over 45 countries. The company has been funded by Akshay Kumar, Virendra Sehwag &  Zerodha's Nithin Kamath. They manufacture organic food products like Khapli Atta, Ghee, Jaggery Powder, Cooking Oils, Amlaprash, etc in their own Eco- Cert farms using traditional practices.

THEIR PROBLEM

Low ROAS & Conversion on their ads

Two Brothers Organic Farms approached us around March, 2024 with a very specific problem at hand. Their in-house team was producing great content for social media, but the same content wasn't performing very well in their performance marketing campaigns. The content got good engagement, but the CTR was below 1 & ROAS was around 1.2. Despite offering high-quality organic products like ghee, jaggery, flour, oils, ladoos, besan, and sattu, the brand struggled to reach and resonate with a broader audience.

Creating Authentic & Engaging videos made from the customer's POV

Two Brothers Organic Farms partnered with What The Buzz, a creative UGC ad agency, to tackle these challenges head-on. What The Buzz brought their team of creative storytellers, visual directors, and experienced creators to craft compelling user-centric product videos that would highlight the authentic experiences of users while highlighting the specific benefits of using their products. Rather than making trend based, engagement videos, the WTB team created videos that would drive conversions

OUR IMPLEMENTATION

How We Did It

We tackled the brand’s challenges by leveraging user-generated content. Through diverse creator collaborations and engaging storytelling, we enhanced brand visibility, built trust, and revitalized customer engagement.

1. UGC Campaigns for Awareness 📣

The agency collaborated with creators from diverse backgrounds, including housewives, working moms, and middle-aged men and women. These creators produced engaging content showing the problems customers faced and how Two Brothers' organic products could solve them. Videos showcased the daily use of organic ghee in traditional cooking, the health benefits of jaggery as a natural sweetener, and the purity of their cold-pressed oils, helping to organically increase the brand’s visibility.

2. Building Trust Through Real-Life Usage 🤝

What The Buzz produced UGC ads featuring real-life scenarios and dialogues delivered by the creators. One video highlighted a housewife explaining how switching to organic flour and besan significantly improved her family's health, while another featured a working mom  praising the rich flavor and nutritional benefits of their ladoos and sattu.

3. Engaging Storytelling for Connection 📖

To address engagement decline, What The Buzz crafted visually appealing and emotionally resonant stories. A series of videos showcased a family's journey from purchasing organic products to incorporating them into their daily meals, emphasizing the joy and health benefits experienced.
